Welcome back to school!  I am so excited to be your Grade 3 English Teacher in the French Immersion Program at PL Robertson.

I thought I would share the following quick facts about myself with you:

*I have been teaching for 26 years

*I have taught JK, SK, Grade One and Two

*I studied Nursing in University

*I originally wanted to teach High School Science and have stayed with Primary Grades instead

*I have taught in Oakville, Burlington and Milton

*I was born in Germany and have an older brother and sister

*I can speak German

*I love learning more French from Mme Smith and my friends every day

*I am learning to understand Spanish by listening to my friends

*I have two boys

*I have a dog

*I grew up sailing with my family in the Great Lakes and Caribbean

*The furthest east I have travelled in Canada is the Province of Nova Scotia

*The furthest west I have travelled in Canada is the Province of British Columbia

*I have travelled to Europe, The United States, Mexico

*I am the proud Aunt of a cyclist from Team Canada

*I love the outdoors

*I can use many power tools

*I love to cook with my family and friends

*I love sour things

*I like to do art for fun

*I am willing to learn different programs on the computer

*I like to play a variety of sports

*I love the water

*I love to teach special students just like you
